I am testing a sample of Arches Watercolor papers and the very first one in the pack was a Cold Press - 90lb.  It is rather thin, so it would buckle up with too much moisture, even when is mounted, so I opted for small amounts of pigment-rich areas.  I used gouache for more opaque and vivid colors.
