Thank you for your purchase, I appreciate your support so I can continue doing what I love.  Every piece has a story and I will do my best to link you to it.

Here are a few details:

  • Cristina Kramp Art accepts payment through PayPal and Stripe. If you need a different payment method please contact me at hola@cristinakramp.com

  • I charge a flat rate shipping per order. All in-stock orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment is confirmed. Please make sure the shipping address is correct, I am not responsible for re-shipping cost, unless it was my mistake.

  • For the most part I will ship my prints directly from my printer. If you need an order of multiple prints individually wrapped please add a note. Be aware that the process will take an extra 5 days and incurs an extra charge.

  • I don’t offer expedited or international shipping at this time.


Return Policy
I hope you are happy with your purchase.  The color may vary slightly than what you see on your screen as not all screens are calibrated the same.  But if you change your mind, we can work out a return or exchange.  Any product returned must be in mint condition and original packaging. I am not responsible for return shipping fees.

I cannot refund you on Custom Artwork, Digital Downloads, and Sale items unless the item is damaged in shipping.

Please be sure you know how to save, access and manage a digital file on your computer or device before you complete your purchase. I am not responsible for technology issues at the consumer end of the transaction.
