You are welcome to share my work online as long as it is linked, cited, and/or attributed to Cristina Kramp.  You may not copy my work or make any reproductions of it without my express written permission.
My business collects only the personal information you give to me when you either sign up for my newsletter or order a product. This information is used to email you newsletters, order information, and to mail you physical products. THIS INFORMATION IS NEVER SOLD. It is shared with my newsletter system (MailChimp), payment processing systems (PayPal and Stripe), and Squarespace (my website and e-commerce host) in order to provide what you need. These providers are compliant with all privacy laws. 
I value you and your business, I will never sell your personal information.

Please read the following Terms of Use Agreement carefully.  By accessing or using my Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, policies and notices.  

I reserve the right to update, change or replace any of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to the Site.  

User Conduct
You may use this Site according to law.  You may not use this Site for any unlawful or illegal purpose, to violate laws or regulations of any kind. 

Under no circumstances will CK be liable in any way for your use of the Site, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any information available from the Site or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Site or any information obtained from the Site.  CK reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or discontinue the Site at any time in her sole discretion.

Children
This is a family friendly Site, although not aimed at children.  If you are a minor under the age of 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to use or access the products and services on the Site.  CK does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors.

The terms of CK Privacy Policy also apply to any personal information that you may provide about yourself in connection with your use of the Site.  This policy is subject to change from time to time in her sole discretion.

Offers, new offers, and changes
Any new products and features added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms of Use, the current version of which is available to you on this page.  CK reserves the right to update, change or replace any Terms of Use.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.  Your continued use or access of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms of Use.  

CK strives to provide accurate content and product descriptions.  The Site is not perfect, 100% current, or error-free. Any mistakes on pricing and descriptions will be rectified within a reasonable time after discovery. CK is not liable for any claims attributed to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Site or its products.  

Intellectual Property
This Site contains Cristina Kramp’s intellectual property, including proprietary information, that is copyrighted and/or trademarked.  CK reserves all rights in its intellectual property.  You may not publish, copy, create derivative works from, reproduce in any form or in any way exploit any of the Site content, in whole or in part, without the prior, express written permission of CK; however, you may share CK’s work online, but only if it is linked, cited, and/or attributed to CK.

Notices and Procedures for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Cristina Kramp with the information requested below. 

CK respects the intellectual property of others, and asks its users and visitors to do the same.  CK will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.  If you see any content on the Site that you believe violates or infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request.  

Please provide the following information: 

  1. The location or URL, and a description to locate the unauthorized material on the Site.

  2. A detailed description of the copyright protected work you believe has been infringed. With a URL or other reference to it.

  3. Your address, phone number, and email address to permit CK to contact you.

  4. As required by the DMCA, a statement that reads: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law” and “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”

Advertisers   
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of sponsors, suppliers, partners or advertisers (collectively “Advertisers”) found on or through your use of the Site, if any, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such Advertisers.  You agree that CK shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of such third parties participating on the Site.  However, I may be privy to and use personal information provided by you to such parties.

Links 
The Site may contain links to other internet websites or resources.  When you link to those sites, you leave the Site and therefore the CK Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use no longer apply; please be aware that CK is not responsible for the privacy practices of any other sites. You further acknowledge and agree that CK shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such goods, services or materials available on or through any such link, site or resource.

Consent and Release
CK welcomes your comments, and written comments on the blog posts.  CK reserves the right to delete any comments that are false, disrespectful, or simply rude.  When you post on the Site, you grant CK a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use the material posted in published content on the Site and related publications.


Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Site and all images, photography, regardless of source, graphics, artwork, text, Marks (defined below), and other information and material found within the Site are owned by CK or affiliates or its suppliers and contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. All CK logos, trade names, product and service names displayed through the Site and the Site itself (collectively, the “Marks”) are proprietary to CK.  In addition, CK may license from third parties the rights to use their marks on their products (“Third Party Marks”).  Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, CK grants to you a restricted, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Site and Licensed Content solely for your own use.  You may not relicense, rent or lease any Licensed Content or use the Licensed Content for third-party training, commercial time-sharing or service bureau use or processing data of any other entity

You may not sell, distribute, transfer, modify, copy, transmit, create derivative works, modify or publish the Licensed Content, with or without consideration, or otherwise use the Licensed Content except in connection with your access to and participation in the Site.  CK grants no rights other than those granted explicitly herein and hereby reserves and retains all worldwide title, copyright and other proprietary rights in the Site and Licensed Content, including all updates and modifications thereto.

General Information
These Terms of Use together with the CK Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CK and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and CK. These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and CK shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 
You and CK agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within King County, State of Washington.  The failure of CK to exercise or enforce any right or provision stated herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other terms of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. 
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms of Use within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.  The section titles stated herein are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.  Furthermore, as a condition precedent to your filing any claim or action against CK, you agree to participate in good faith in a mediation, then arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be conducted at a mutually agreeable location in King County, Washington, each party to bear its own costs.
