I have enjoyed this Squid family and wanted to put them all together.  When I first drew them, what I had in mind was just squids as lucky charms.  And slowly they were gaining a personality and fitting as a family.  It has been so fun for me to imagine their quirks or put some of mine in them.  

They weren't super planned and now they are a family! and I am sure they will be more relatives visiting in the future, they are just delightful to create.

Today is a family day for us, and of many celebrations.  So I am excited and feel blessed for today.  And I will treasure the snapshots that like Squid family are less than perfect.
