Change is a constant, how easy is it to find the good in the middle of it all?

Not that easy. I found the need to be purposeful in looking for the good and positive, without disregarding the bitter and hard. What do I mean? I used to avoid dealing with my feelings, then I only wanted the good ones, but opposition always caught up with me. I am learning about surrendering and letting all feelings run their course. Anger, resentment, jealousy, all have a lesson, am I paying attention?

Change is about the golden nuggets of wisdom and happiness that are there for us to find.

All the pictures above are different, in some you notice the changes, some you may think are the same. Some make sense, others turn you upside down, they get dark and confusing, then they become clear. Change sometimes is sudden and stays for a while, thanks coronavirus! But we always have a choice.

I wish change was easy, but I find comfort in the fact that it always has lessons for me. I know every step I take, takes me closer or further to where I want to get. Which reminds me of the thought ‘direction over speed’
